Scope of Work
A scope of work is a detailed report highlighting item by item what rectification or work needs to be done. The report may also serve as a ‘cost analysis’ by the insurer to estimate the cost of work required before the job goes out to tender.
Causation Reports
Causation Reports are necessary in order to accurately identify cause of damage, once complete they can assist in the facilitation of a quick and fully informed decision-making process. This is especially important in the Insurance industry as it means clarity on policy response, identification of fraudulent claims and denials, and support throughout the whole claim process. For property owners and managers this means the correct allocation of resources a quick turnaround time and a reduction in costs.
