John’s vast and colourful experience in the building industry spans over 45 years. After starting at the grass roots level in the building industry as a young carpenter back in the early 1970’s, John secured his first full time role as the maintenance manager at Luna Park in Sydney, followed by running his own roof conversion business in the Sydney metro area. As licensing laws were introduced into the building industry, John quickly passed his exams and accreditation to obtain both his NSW and QLD builder’s licenses of which he still holds.
Over the following two decades John progressed through the ranks as Site Manager, Construction Manager and General Manager for several major building companies in NSW. With an eye for detail, an articulate manner for handling many of the many challenges facing the building industry today, and a passion to deliver perfection, John is suitably equipped to individually cater to his client’s needs.
John has also conducted thousands of pre handover inspections upon delivery of homes his has built over the years and has also conducted many post-delivery inspections to follow up on occasional maintenance issues.
In his spare time, aside from designing and completing new renovations and additions to his beautiful home on his Hastings’s River property, John enjoys spending time with his children and grandchildren travelling through Outback Australia in his custom made cottage camper.
